This is a two dream sequence. 1. August 15, 2023. I went to confess to a priest. As I knelt down I saw something wrong. It was like there was another entity hiding in his blue cloak that I discerned, and I saw a hint of a feminine shape to his face which was not what I expected. It was a disguise of some kind and I stood up in alarm. The disguise sloughed off, and there stood before me a feminine outline purely white. I was immediately struck down, before me stood all beauty, all majesty, all femininity, all power and all authority combined into one. I threw myself upon my face before Her. I could not see any details of Her, Her outline was purely white, glowed faintly perhaps like the Moon. As I surrendered myself up to Her physically I also thrilled at the deepest level of my being to be in Her presence. I could sense my own relative uncoordinatedness as I threw myself upon my face, but I didn’t feel bad about it. I submitted to Her, and I knew She accepted my submission and allowed me to relate to Her Majesty laying upon my face in humble obedience to express my praise and devotion of Her. I wish the dream could have continued forever because no joy could be greater than merely to lie on my face prostrate before Her forever in praise at Her feet. I have come to believe Mary is the one who visited me since I had previously consecrated myself to Her. I think She came straight from Heaven, shining with the light of God, and this is why I received such a transformation. The second dream occurred just last night. My wife dreamed my face was covered in eyes like the Ezekiel angels. We were waiting for a baby to be born but she wasn’t sure if it was ours or my brothers. This one, I think my wife was perceiving in the dream world the transformation brought about in me. I am not fully sure of the nature of this transformation however. Why all the eyes? Clearly I’m not a seraphim so what is the meaning ?
Dreams can be profoundly personal and symbolic, and analyzing them often leads to insights about your emotions, beliefs, and experiences. Let’s explore the two dreams you shared.
In the first dream, your experience of confessing to a priest transforms into a divine encounter with a feminine entity, which you perceive as Mary. Here are some possible interpretations:
Spiritual Awakening: This dream may symbolize a spiritual awakening or deepened faith. Surrendering to a divine figure reflects a search for guidance, support, or understanding in your spiritual journey. The white, glowing presence you describe suggests purity, enlightenment, and a connection to higher spiritual realms.
Feminine Energy: The manifestation of a feminine figure could represent the integration of feminine qualities within yourself or your life—traits such as empathy, nurturing, intuition, and receptivity. It might suggest that you are becoming more attuned to these aspects of your being.
Submission and Acceptance: Your physical and emotional submission in the dream indicates a desire for guidance, support, and a deep recognition of a power greater than yourself. This can point to a transformative moment in your life where you release control and embrace faith.
Transformation: You mention feeling transformed by this encounter, which indicates that you might be undergoing significant personal growth or change in your waking life. The experience of joy and devotion you feel in her presence can symbolize a deeper alignment with your spiritual beliefs or values.
The second dream, where your wife sees your face covered in eyes, introduces a fascinating and complex symbol. Here are a few interpretations to consider:
Awareness and Insight: Eyes are often symbols of perception and awareness. Having many eyes could represent heightened insight or a new perspective—your wife may be sensing your transformation, symbolizing a growing awareness of your own spiritual journey or capabilities.
Biblical Symbolism: The reference to the "Ezekiel angels" (the cherubim) can indicate a connection to divine guardianship and spiritual messengers. This may suggest that your transformation has endowed you with a new spiritual role or understanding, making you more conscious of the spiritual realm.
Expectation of Change: The setting of waiting for a baby to be born implies anticipation and expecting new beginnings or transformations within your family life. The uncertainty about whether the baby is yours or your brother’s could signify that this transformation may affect not just you, but also your relationships and family dynamics.
Interconnectedness: This dream might also represent your wife's perception of the spiritual changes within you and their ripple effects. It highlights the connection between your inner transformation and your shared life, illustrating how personal growth can impact a relationship.
Overall, these dreams express themes of spiritual awakening, transformation, deep devotion, and the exploration of feminine energy. The first dream portrays a powerful encounter with the divine, while the second reflects awareness and connections to that transformation in your relationship. As you continue to reflect on these dreams, consider how they resonate with your personal beliefs, experiences, and aspirations in your waking life.
